I'm simply pondering if the extra damage dealt through it's proc heals via attunment aswell or not?

Thanks for any info or ideas, I've no idea how to test if it does or not really.

It shouldn't, The replicated dmg shows up as a seperate spell ID. (Multistrike in logs)

Multistrike is a seperate proccing spell, so it doesn't work. Which is why Nazgrim and Thok trinkets are complete garbage for disc as well.
