    WoD flying.

Would you like to see WoD flying skill as a peronal-, account wide-, realm wide, or faction wide on one realm?

Personaly, since the hints they have given so far point, that it will not be something that just "opens" at 6.1, but it will require some work to open it, I would like to see it as faction wide on one realm.

    Poll incoming.

I'd like for there to be at least some sort of semi-difficult green fire style questline leading up to unlocking flying in Draenor. If they are going to make us wait for it, might as well make us work for it lol.
    You just lost The Game

I liked the wotlk style of buying the book from dalaran to learn flying on your alts

As someone who has 6 90s, and will have at least 2 more by WoD (they're 86 and 81), I won't mind having to do the quest on each of my characters if that's what it takes. I don't think the quest chain they have will be super difficult, just time consuming probably.

Personal skill. As has been said, if we have to unlock it then make it a relatively interesting, average challenge quest that forces you to think. Hell, have something like the Dragonmaw races; It wasn't overly difficult yet not everyone found it easy.

It depends whether the quest line is fun and moderately challenging, or if it's some long-winded grind...

    Repeating fun content = good.
    Repeating boring content = bad.

Pretty confident that blizzard won't make it into a tedious grind though, I think they've already figured out that people weren't exactly enamoured by the daily quests in 5.0 for spending VP, and the flying mount quest will probably be considered "mandatory" by just about 98% of the player base.

It should be something you can complete on multiple toons, but the first time it is difficullt, but after completing it atleast once you can purchase something to make it alittle easier the 2nd or 3rd time around & so on.

I'd like it to cost 100k per character. I know that might sound absurd to some but it would at least take a long time and require a very big effort.

I desire no change to the wrath model

Get rid of the fucking Wrath Model. Gold Inflation = Make it Questline + High Cost. It's flying. If you want it or NEED it that fucking bad, babys. Pay for it. Or don't. Finally about time Blizzard goes back to annoying useless people who want everything to fly into their hands, just because they completely shit on Character Progression by playing one character to Max and then just follow up with the next. WoW is about End-Game Content and Raiding (Maybe PvP even). Not about mindlessly grinding all Classes to max. Not saying you can't do that or shouldn't do that. It's personal. But Blizzard should stop screwing over the Main Audience or let's just say those that play the Game like it was supposed to be. A PvE Game, where you Raid the Villains Lair and take all the Loot you fucking find. If you want to play multiple Characters, at least pay the price for it. You chose this Play Style, so you have to live with the fact that maybe you can't buy some book that magically teaches your Bads-in-progress something as major as flying.

I'd like to have a req of having a Gladiator title. I know that might sound absurd to some but it would at least take a long time and require a very big effort.

I would like that you do the quest chain on one char to be eligible to buy the skill and from there on out every char on that realm/faction can purchase that skill.

Or something like, since we are going to Draenor, people, who are already familiar to the are there are able to fly, that meaning, that only toons that have cleared TBC-cont. when it was CURRENT tier are the only ones able to buy it at all.
Not even a fresh toon locking him/herself to 70 and doing the raids like that would not be valid... :P

We learned how to fly in Draenor (outlands), in Northrend, in Pandaria, in Azeroth, in Deepholm. What more could a flight master possibly have to show me. There should be very little variation in temperature, wind speed, gravity, or anything else which might prevent me from knowing what the fuck I am doing. This constant step-n-fetch for flight is bullshit and needs to stop.

lol... making a PVP title from a PVE game a requirement? So glad you don't work for Blizz. This is a craptastic idea.

Another example of a bad idea. Am glad you don't work for Blizz either.

None of the above, I hate the quest method. I wanted to return in 6.1 and be able to just buy the skill.

if they attach a difficulty to it really needs to have some account wide system to stop it getting repetative and anoying as in the end it will just make the expansion even less alt friendly than mists was.

Cause it's a license and you have to do you flying test (quest), you'll get sent to the barracks without one! :P

I just had a friend get another month of play time on WoW recently and he was complaining about having to pay everytime to get flying training for an area. At first I didn't mind it until I actually saw how annoying this would be. For people who don't make much gold in the game I don't think it's fair for them to be forced to make thousands of gold just so that they can fly again. I think it's a pointless way to spend gold so I think it should be an account wide thing. Once you get it the first time, that's it, no need to make another 5k gold just to get flying on another character. For some players like me 5k gold is either most or sometimes all of my gold that I have on me because I don't spend a whole lot of time on WoW making gold.

I say personal, after all, if for example I go and get my pilots licence to fly, doesn't mean my son knows how to fly..... he is going to need the same training and time and costs as it cost me to do it.
