I'm leveling a troll BrM. Would dual McGowans with Colossus proc more often than Warden Staff with the same enchant?

Uptime would be higher assuming you have it on both weapons but if you're going to splurge for enchants... go for Dancing Steel. You don't need the survivability that Colossus provides in the field, unless you plan on trying to solo instances.
