    Blizzard's more against that kind of thing as a "buyer beware" kind of thing. Its very easy to get scammed in situations like that, and you end up having no recourse since you weren't supposed to be doing that anyways.

    If you haven't been 'punished', you won't be... unless someone wants one of those accounts back.

    Buying WoW related stuff for real money isn't something Blizzard takes great care in. I think the only thing you'd get if you made a ticket was some boring copy paste answer from a GM that doesn't care one little bit.

    Your offence wasn't a very big one though, so I wouldn't beat myself up over it.
