    What is the PSU manufacturer?

A GTX 760 recommends a good 80 plus certified 500+ watt supply with two 6 pin pcie connectors.
So you would be fine Watt wise, now, if the PSU is made from crap and paper then it's a different thing ...

For reference, I'm using an i5-2500k overclocked to 4.5Ghz and a R9-270X with a 600W power supply. At full load the GTX 760 should be around 15W more than the 270X, but the Haswell should peak at 84W versus the Sandy Bridge 95W. All in all, the consumption should be the same.

Like Cyrops said, it really depends on the manufacturer. A high quality 600W PSU from a reputable manufacturer is more than enough, but if it is a low quality 600W PSU you may run into issues.

Quick rule of thumb: Divide the wattage of the PSU by 10. That's the least you want to spend on it.

Please tell us the brand and model, or take a picture of the sticker that tells you the wattage and maximum current of the PSU.

    This.

Currently running the setup in the sig with Corsair VX450W and its actually more than enough.
After we know what PSU you have, we can confirm if it is good enough.

OCZ is a decent brand. I wouldn't recommend them -now- since the company is going under. On a scale of 1-10, with Seasonic being 9, and some explodey thing being 1... I'd probably put OCZ on about a 6-7.

I don't use that exact model power supply myself, but I know that OCZ in general has always been a decent enough brand (I've been using one of their SSDs in my own build for a couple of years and had zero problems with it), and that model gets a lot of good reviews (seems to average 4 out of 5 on most sites that I've found). As Chazus said, the company itself is going under, but I think the power supply itself will be perfectly fine for what you're doing.

Also, it is taking every ounce of willpower I have to resist posting the "wat" lady.

just being curious and a little off-topic ... since i've used Antec HCG PSUs (550W most of the time) for friends builds and so on: where would you put Antec on your 1-10 scale ?

Antec HCG are very good. I'd say no less than an 8.
