Chainfire has recently converted to 25 Man Heroic raiding in preparation for Warlords of Draenor Mythic 20 Man Raiding. We are looking to continue to improve our Raid Team up until the expansion's release to compete for a Top World Rank. We are looking for players that are up to that challenge.

Progression:
•Tier 15: 13/13H
•Tier 16: 10/14 H

Current Recruitment Needs:

•Shadow Priest (HIGH)
•Elemental Shaman (HIGH)
•Warlock (HIGH)
•Rogue (MEDIUM)
•Feral Druid (HIGH)

•Restoration Shaman (HIGH)
•Holy Paladin (HIGH)
•Discipline/Holy Priest (MEDIUM)

•Other exceptional players

Chainfire raids Monday through Thursday 7-11 CST during Progression with Sundays if needed. We actively seek players that are flexible and know the commitment that we require.

Ideal Raider Characteristics:
•Progression minded.
•Heroic Progression is up to 5 days per week so near perfect attendance is required.
•Min/max approach to all things related to your character.
•Responsibility. If you make a mistake, own up to it.
•Expect criticism if you make a mistake. It's not personal, we are striving for the same goals.
•Preparation- Lack of knowledge of encounters beforehand is a waste of everyone's time.
•Communication - Providing input to strategy discussions or during raid encounters.
