Computer Locks up/BSOD

So for the passed couple of months, my computer randomly locks up and sometimes(not always) ends up with a BSOD. 90% of the time my computer just locks up and I can't do anything ( no BSOD, just locks up) and I have to manually shut off my computer. The thing that is weird to me is that its so sporadic that I can't reproduce the problem. I can go an entire 2 days without freezing up then the next day I'll lock up twice within a 30 min time frame. Another weird thing is that my computer never freezes when I'm solely just playing a game. I've had it freeze while just browsing the interwebs, watching a movie, and watching live streams. I'd say 80% of the time my comp freezes when I'm watching a live stream.

I've thought about every possible reason but just can't figure it out. My temps are golden so it can't be from overheating. I have an h80 cooling my cpu which never goes above 60c while under heavy load. I've ran Mem tests and passed. There is also no increase in fan speed or any overall volume increases inside my case. I'm just puzzled at this point.
