The diet my ancestors, most grandparents and all great-grandparents and earlier had, may be the most healthy and sustainably. Meat once a week, on Sunday, or on a church holiday, and what wasn't eaten on Sunday reused on Monday, and soup of course extracted. Rest of the week was vegetarian, out of neccesisity. Might be what our bodies are adapted to. But their lifespan doesn't convince me, and my laziness to eat too much meat is another thing.
Unless the person you want to preach to is curious, what is exactly the point? If you want to be heard then talk to someone that wants to hear? I don't get why this concept is so beyond people that talk so much.
