When you are so tight for money you can barely afford the game or need someone else to pay for you, means you shouldn't even have a subscription.
Another thing wrong with your tirade here, even if you play at least a dedicated 2 hours a day without heirlooms leveling is not that hard. Getting to max level should not take "weeks" unless you aren't trying or do not care enough to reach max level as quickly as possible. Just because someone "Buys" a level 90 doesn't mean they instantly win the game. Far from it, it just means they don't have to level through the same content they have seen numerous times before. It also means they will wear down the new content even faster.
People who love to level, will likely not buy a 90, those who hate leveling, care only for end game content, want to play with their friends, etc are the ones who will likely use this feature and it is their right to do so. You people whine too much about things like this. Yes I understand it frustrates you and those who feel like you but whining, complaining, shouting, stamping your feet, ranting and throwing childish tantrums on this forum or any other is not going to do you a damn bit of good.
Majority wins and "voting" with your money about "not wanting a feature?" Not going to do you a bit of good. For every person that quits because the shop added new stuff, just gives Blizzard more of a reason to add even more stuff to the store to make up for the loss of subscriptions. Its a lovely vicious cycle that isn't going to stop anytime soon.
