So...shop button in game kills the fantasy, but a button to pull up the GAME MENU does not? A button to open a support ticket doesn't affect your fantasy, but a shop button does? How does that work?

I don't think you understand how proof works.
The burden of proof lies on someone who claims that a thing exists, you don't get to say "I think there's such a thing as magical pink cacti, we just haven't seen any before, prove me wrong" because proving something does not exist is almost impossible.

Saying "prove it with evidence" after someone says "I believe this is true" is a reasonable reaction, saying "prove it wrong" after someone says "I don't believe your hypothesis, which you did not back up with any evidence" is not.

In my Opinion it would be great IF THEY remove the button in the right corner ingame and set back the old support button.
To change a support button to a shop button was such a bad idea, that really had cost them player base.
I can't believe till today that someone had the idea.

I said it already months ago.. but now sh* happens and they will see what it will bring. Bad Bad Bad.. ideas to much of them..
you can do this bad shop things, kill the fantasy and so on.. but please not if you aren't a badly made free2play.

If it's in the character screen it is okay... but only with some changes to actual system.
