hi guys i been using ntk(needtoknow) to track all kinds of buffs and debuffs dots,cds. but am in need of a new addon to do those all. best would be a addon that does it all but more than one would be okey.

Weak auras is good and you can share/import them with other people.

ElvUI by default has timers on skills on your action bar (like OmniCC), as far as I know that's it.

After NTK I switched to TellMeWhen, it's setup is really similar and comfortable, didn't take much time to get used to it and now I have different groups for buffs / cooldowns / encounter specific icons like dispellable debuffs. Also what NTK can't do I think is tracking the spell damage taken debuff by any source, not only our curse.

Weak auras has the same or more funcionality, I personally find it harder to get comfortable with.

Another addon for procs only would be ExtraCD, which has your proccing stuff on a bar that indicates both the proc and the internal cooldown, or a number for how likely that item is to proc.
