At what point does raiding stop being fun for you guise? For me at least is when the raid atmosphere is constantly tense like at any moment someone is about to go off on someone else. Another thing for me is when the group dosent give a shit about mechanics. Oh a add just popped 2 people switch to it and no one else and 4 people just died because you cant be fucked to do what youre supposed to do.
What say you?

When I don't feel Im contributing to the guild and raid well enough, or when the other raid/guild members are performing under my exspectations.
Basicly, it gets booring when steady progress is not made for X reasons. How boredome effects me...We'll I managed to wipe over 350 times on HC Ragnaros without ever being close to a kill really, before I left my old Cataclysme guild.
Yep, I don't mind wiping aslong as its not stupid wiping cause of myself or others.

When I have to babysit other people's kids.
They are obnoxious, naturally immature, and can be annoying to the point that other raid members are getting tense. Besides I hate how I have to watch my language when I am with otherwise perfectly adult people. Dirty jokes, sexual references etc. are part of the raid environment in all good fun. And kids are not supposed to be there."The pen is mightier than the sword.. and considerably easier to write with."

did a raid with 3 disc priests a holy pally and me a resto shaman. didnt have fuck all to do. When I cant contribute to a raid, the raid gets really boring really fast. They didnt even ask for mana tide....seriously fuck disc priests. Originally Posted by Awne

As soon as it becomes more of a chore than something I actually want to dedicate my free time to. Tension, frustration, and a number of other factors weigh in, but sometimes, the "feeling just isn't right" either, if you catch my meaning. Though, playing for seven years probably contributes to less patience on my part.

When the people I'm raiding with are incompetent, immature, mediocre, et cetera, I just have 0 tolerance for idiots, since I've been doing this for multiple years. And when raiding starts to conflict with my real life (e.g. >20h/wk).

When other people don't realize that 9 people are investing their time in this and half ass the night away. I can wipe to honest mistakes and I can wipe to learning mechanics and not have a issue. Wiping because Joe the Jackhat is watching Brazzers, frying bacon on a electric grill by his computer, arguing the forums and then moving out of bad 10 seconds to late then saying sorry every 3rd pull makes me not want to show up.

Kind of hard to say. I mean, the fun stops when the fun stops(aka burnout). Basically, if I keep doing the same thing over and over and over. Right now I'm still having fun raiding, my guild only raiding 7.5 hours a week is 7 HMs down, so there is still progression for us to go for.
