Alabama Democrat on Justice Thomas: "He's an Uncle Tom"

If anyone deserves to be called an Uncle Tom (and that is definitely up for debate) it's this guy.

No one in the thread, for some reason, has bothered to actually ask, "well, is he an Uncle Tom?". Urban Dictionary (not exactly a formal source, but useful enough for general parlance) defines an Uncle Tom as:

A black man who will do anything to stay in good standing with "the white man" including betray his own people

Does that describe Clarence Thomas?

They seem to think Scalia, Alito, and Thomas are all just the worst legal minds on the planet and in many cases dislike Roberts too (despite being quite moderate).

Meanwhile they praise justices like Kagan who have never sat the bench or even worked as a local prosecutor. Fun credentials like being the Dean of Harvard School of Law are great and all... but the woman has never been called to interpret law at the Federal, State or even LOCAL levels... WHY IS SHE A JUSTICE?!

Hell, the first time she EVER argued a case was when she was appointed the Solicitor General? What the fuck was Obama thinking?

And yet she still has higher comprehension than Mr. "We don't have the power to rule on this". Scalia and Thomas are absolute jokes.
