If I buy used, I make sure it's "Like New" at least. But when it comes to games, I could really care less as long as I get the the manual, box, and disk in decent working condition. I will make exceptions to certain franchises that are my favorite. Halo for example, I always buy collectors editions new for every game because I'm a fanboy.
