    Edit: Ya this post sounds boastful but my IQ is gonna drop soon. I'm getting older but I'm not doing as much math. Practical skills > IQ.

    She seems to shout a lot, I'm guessing she also has some other form of mental disability... Or is that relatively normal for 3 year olds? Or just those with a high IQ?

    I hope she can grow up and go far if she's that smart, do something decent.

    IQ doesn't show intelligence, it shows potential.

    A person with an IQ of 160 will still be less smart than an engineer with an IQ of 120 if all he does is watch TV.

    Yeah, I'm pretty sure if I was formally tested again, 8 year old me would crush 28 year old me. I'm better at lots of things now, but not the things tested by IQ tests.

    It doesn't really show potential either. It's our best attempt, and it is far from perfect, at measuring capability of logical thinking. Puzzle solving, pattern detection, stuff like that. There are many other types of intelligence, and simply having a high IQ does not make you a genius.

    She's already socially awkward, have you seen how she answers the questions the reporter asked her? I went to a couple "Reach for the Top" highschool competitions in highschool (it's like Canadian high school version of Jeoprady) and the genius kids were so awkward. I mean hey, i'm not hating on em, but they were "strange" to the max.
