You would need to tell us what you want it for but for that kind of money you can get very high end parts. For example, why do you need 16gb of RAM?

^ That's a power build right there. Few suggestions though:
    (1) 250GB SSD
    (2) Full Tower Case, the one on the list is total shit for an i7 + cooler + 780 GTX
    (3) 650w + power supply

You may think about going with a i5-4670k and a GTX770 ($300 savings) and upgrade the SSD, case, and PS. The i5 matches the i7's gaming performance and very few games can max out a 770, especially gaming at 1080p.

And if you want to go a little nuts, run 2x GTX 770's.

Yes, kinda (mid tower is fine, but definitely not that one, a define r4 would be better suited to that kind of budget), no and definitely no (last one being 770 SLI).
Fluorescent - Fluo - currently retired, playing other stuff

    i5-4670k @ 4.5 / Thermalright Silver Arrow Extreme / Gigabyte Z87X-D3H / 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM / Gigabyte GTX 760
