<Encore> Is a long term established Horde guild on the Illidan server (Chicago data center), with roots dating back to BC.
Despite our extensive history we still strive to improve our guild as much as we can with each new tier, while still maintaining one of the best raid environments a top end guild can offer. This expansion we went from US 100+ 25 man to finishing US 44th for ToT, and pushing up to US 22 for SoO.

Raid Times
Monday - Thursday 8-11 CST
(Currently clearing farm in 2 days with an alt run that starts as soon as farm is done)

Recruit Expectations
We are looking for motivated players who are excited to raid and can consistently perform at a high level.
We want players who know the ins and out of their character and take the same effort to research the fights using the tools we provide through our forums.

We expect trials, raiders, and officers alike to do what it takes to perform as well as they possibly can on a consistent basis.
This entails proper research of the present state of your class and staying abreast with any upcoming changes.

Trial Period
Trials last anywhere between 2-6 weeks, it is based on performance and how well you mesh with the guild.
The more sure we are about you the shorter your trial.

Recruitment
Each and every spot in our raid is competitive and will be treated as such so if you can out perform someone on our roster we would love to hear from you.
