I need advice : My ebay order when missing and more too it................

Okay

Is was ship on 2/17 suppose arrive 2/21 and instead of getting it did a 360 thru WNY i contact UPS and they say * SOL * but i notice is was a difference address to me in a town i never bend to but to make the story shot i call the local pd they found and recover it so now is sitting in a property lockup room

So i did the next logical files a compliant with eBay and PayPal but i did 2 mistake

1.I sign in as a guest with eBay
2.I enter the wrong e-mail * but i did contact the seller to give them the right e-mail prior of shipping *

Now i call eBay they told me that since i sign in a guest * SOL * and told me talk to PayPal and when i did they ask for my prepaid visa but i threw it out and the told me * SOL * and can't help me without it

So i moved to the next option i e-mail both eBay and PayPal press and 9/10 some company will replay back with a executive specialist and is a level up from basic CSR so now is a waiting games

You messed up not them, you used the wrong email address and threw away your payment card, what do you expect them to do about it?

If you weren't logged in on ebay they can't help you and if you no longer have your credit card paypal can't help you either. You said you called your local pd and they have it locked up. Why don't you go get it from there? If you're the rightful owner they will give it to you or they may send it to you for a fee.

Get some ID and a utility bill as proof of your name and address, go down to the station and collect it.
