hi. two questions:

-with the high increase in gear from SoO, how easy is the endbosses of T14 (ie amber shaper/empress/sha of fear) nowadays?

-how easy is ToT heroic now following the nerfs and extra gear?

any real changes in strategy to both?

ToT is also a joke, I carried 2 dps just yesterday through 10man Heroic ToT.

As far as strat, no. But with good dps you can solo tank all of heroic ToT except for Primordius and Twins.

With a good geared group we cleared ToT heroic in 45 minutes, 13/13 + Ra-den achi and that was 2 months ago.
You could do it in perma rez sickness, should you want a challenge.

Given that Twins were perfectly solo-tankable at the end of ToT, before nerfs, that makes the list of bosses you can't solo-tank Primordius and Primordius.
Would not advise solo-tanking Dark Animus, however. Two tanks there lets you have one tank doing the traditional job on DA and one tank fixing other's mistakes with add positioning.

As far as tier 14 goes, Empress is a total joke, but Amber Shaper does require some kind of strategy to beat, unless you go in there with a near-full raid and brute force him. If your group knows how to handle it properly, can easily be 5-manned on heroic like the rest, but if you are 5 people who have never done it before prepare for some wipes as you learn the vehicle mechanics because the damage is still a bit too high if you totally ignore -everything-. The main problem is in the third phase, because the timer is really tight if you don't have a full raid. Before long you will lose your healer and all your DPS to being turned into Golems and then you're screwed.... so if nothing else, need to make sure you actually keep the damage increase stacks on the boss throughout phase 2 so you can kill him quickly in the third phase. That's the most important thing.

Every other boss in HoF should just roll over though.

Sha of Fear, well, the first phase is no problem naturally. The second heroic-only phase can be a pain if you've never done it before. If your group has experience with it, you will find it hilarious now... but if you've never done it may take a few pulls before you get to grips with the ball-tossing (oo-er) as it's still an instant death mechanic if you fuck it up.

So you will be in Throne of Thunder gear? Yes, this will make a major difference and you will need to try a bit even after the 20% blanket nerf.

If you're in the 535-545 region, you can pretty much expect normal progression in ToT, which means that you won't be overgearing and destroying the place. At that gear level, I'd say just get more SoO gear and worry about ToT some other time.

550+ and things start changing, but, if this is your first time doing the bosses on heroic, you're still going to hit potential roadblocks at Magaera, Primordius, Dark Animus, and Lei Shen.

Magaera is a healing/DPS check in that you either have super DPS which will allow you to skip regular mechanics and just have to deal with the AOE healing phases and healing check in that those AOE healing phases can be pretty brutal. If you can't meet that DPS check, you have to properly handle the regular phases and that's trouble for groups that haven't done the fight before.

Primordius is a tank check. If the special heroic add gets close to the boss, you wipe. If this is your first time doing this or if you have bad tanks, expect it to happen a lot.

Dark Animus is a DPS/heal/tank check. You can either use the "zerg strat" and have sub 10-15 second wipes until you get positioning perfect, or you can do it the normal way and probably have more success. Either way, gear level only lets you kill this boss faster -- it won't keep the mechanics from wiping you and, if you're new to the fight on heroic, wipe you will. I've seen decently geared groups wipe for an hour or so on this fight after destroying everything else up to it. Do not expect easy success, even if overgeared.

Lei Shen, of course, is still a mechanics check. You can have faster normal phases, but you HAVE to properly handle intermission phases and these will wipe you over and over again until everyone (EVERYONE!) has a solid understanding of the mechanics, positioning requirements, and everything else.

Most tier 14 content is easy, even in ToT gear. Amber Shaper, as mentioned, is an exception -- You have to follow the strategy. Sha of Fear will wipe you on the outer platforms (people standing in shit or eating the huge physical AOE instead of LoSing it) and Sha's phase 2 involves an instant-kill mechanic that you will have to deal with several times before the boss dies. So, once again, that phase requires proper strategy. Also, the first boss of ToES requires proper execution in ToT gear.

Recently two DPSed ToT 10m. Basically four manned it. None of the fights are challenging except for Lei Shen, and even then we can deal with a lot of fuck ups that would have wiped a group last tier trivially.
