What component is bottlenecking my computer?

I've been out of the computer hardware scene for a few years now and haven't really bothered to do much research yet on current components and things. My brother put a computer together that I'll be using for gaming (Titanfall) and I'm looking at possibly doing a little upgrading.
I want to know what component is the bottleneck for gaming performance

    Specs:

    CPU:AMD Phenom II X4 3.4GHz
    RAM: 8GB DDR3 1600MHz
    GPU: GTX 560 TI

    Thanks

A little of both? Your CPU is lacking in general, but the GPU could use an upgrade, as it's behind some of the $150-$170 cards available. You'd need to upgrade to a 760 probably to get a decent boost, though. GPU doesn't need upgrading for WoW, but I don't know what kind of power Titanfall uses.

Also, gonna move this to the Build/Upgrade subforum, as it will likely involve that soon!
