the 2 part t16. does the guid mean i only use op when cs is up?

In a nutshell, with the 2 set t16, during CS, you spam OP and Heroic Strike for maximized rage regen. Don't touch Slam. Outside of CS, you use the normal rotation, using slam at ~65 rage.

What you should be doing inside your CS window is MS>OP>CS. Use MS when ever it comes off CD, use OP as much as you can while waiting for MS to be back up, and if it's less then 1 second left on the CS window, and the CD of CS have already reset, use CS.

You don't use Heroic Strike at all? I was under the impression (and noticed myself, might be off though) that would land the highest rage regeneration during the CS window.

If you have the 2set and you have above 60rage and you're inside CS, then you should HS | If you have above 115 rage, and you're outside of CS, then you should HS.

Didnt play arms since . . . 5.0. Does this mean that with 2 set u go OP>Slam during CS window?
