Question about FLEX "lockout"

I tried google'ing, but my skill has failed me. So here's my question:

If I have cleared X-part of FLEX on a char. Can I lead on the same reset the same X-part of FLEX on the same character OR will be my raid members ported to a completed instance?

(I know that u can join any FLEX group no matter your "lock", but cannot find the answer to the question above from anywhere).

You can re-do any part of any flex as many times as you'd like. It's like re-queueing for LFR, you can do the bosses over again, you just don't get loot.

You'll have to make someone else leader or the raid will port in at the bosses you haven't done yet.

Didn't read the fully completed part, in that case I'm not too sure.

You can always do Flex with a unique leader. You'll start wherever the leader is at
