Orc Lock Meta Gem PvP

So I've not done pvp since WotLK. Back in the day it was roughly worth it to get to the 25% stun duration down combo if you were an orc lock. Is this combination still slightly more viable than the regular meta gem? Thanks for any advice.

I'm going to be biased and say, "If you're not Forsaken, you're mistaken." But, most Orc Locks on the PvP ladders are running with the Tyrannical Primal Diamond or the Burning Primal Diamond.
