Shadow Priest Arena's, Insanity Vs FDCL

I am playing 3's alot now on my shadow priest since i stopped playing it as Holy/Disc.
But still wondering if i should pick Insanity or FDCL.
Any suggestions about what to pick in wich scenarios?

Insanity vs spellcleaves (besides vs mage/ele/x or mage/x/resto).

FDCL vs meleecleaves

Now vs melee/caster teams... Pretty much any melee/caster team with a combination of shaman/war/monk/mage in you go FDCL
It might seem weird but I don't think rogues really affect the choice of FDCL or Insanity since their lockdown is so freaking huge that both speccs are destroyed by them :P Though a full insanity cast on a rogue that can't interrupt you is atleast a couple of CDs or if they are already blown it's a dead rogue :P With FDCL it's more about constant pressure on the rogue team... Your choice :P
