Computer problem please help

Hi
so i have this really weird thing on my computer, if i have been away from the computer for larger periods of time and then come back.. it has just blocked my authority to open ANY program.. even things like.. the "something" that tells the computer too shut down wow if you click "exit game" and the shut of button for the computer dosen't work either (so i just shut it off with the button on the actual computer) after restart it works fine again.. also whenever i start curse client says something like "An error has occured while attempting to load a microsoft .net file"
Any help is very appriciated xD

have windows 8
Bitdefender and spyhunter installed on the computer if it could be a anti-virus program that is causeing it

Did you update it to 8.1? if not you should do that.

Yeah I would update to Win 8.1 and see if that fixes anything.

Not quite enough info to gauge what is going on exactly.

Update to 8.1 and let us know if it does the same thing.
