Xbox one and Windows 8.1 internet connection.

Ok the problem is this. Every time my Xbox one is on my Windows 8.1 computer keeps dropping wifi connection. They aren't connected in anyway what so ever besides the fact they use the same network.

I have no idea where to turn. Even Microsoft was no help. Nobody will probably be able to help but it is worth asking. Nobody else seems to have ran into this problem. It is such a odd thing to happen. I am 100% sure it is my X1 that is the problem because it is ONLY when that is on I have network problems with my PC. No other consoles or devices makes this problem.
