    Router problem? i think :/

2 people sharing the same router for internet.

person 1 has access to all websites.

person 2 has what seems to be restricted access, though there haven't been rules or anything like that setup in the router or at least i presume so as the people wouldn't know how to do it in the first place.

anyone got any idea how this is happening or how it could be fixed? it seems very strange to both be using the same router with equal privileges and yet one can't access some sites and the other has access to everything

-edit- Belkin Dual Band Travel Router is the router.

Describing what happens when they try to access said sites would be useful.
    i7-4770k - GTX 780 Ti - 16GB DDR3 Ripjaws - (2) HyperX 120s / Vertex 3 120
    ASRock Extreme3 - Sennheiser Momentums - Xonar DG - EVGA Supernova 650G - Corsair H80i

So it's a wireless router, and not that good as well
The only thing I can think of, person 1 gets high traffic assigned to him, so when person 1 uses most of resource, person 2 has limited resources. If person 1 is not connected (PC turned off) does person 2 get the same problems?
The only thing I can think off, is to
    1) factory reset the router
    2) check to see what kind of IP adress gets assigned to each PC
    3) log in into router to see if there are any settings on it by default that could cause this
    PM me weird stuff :3

Haha yeah it is a cheap router took person A offline and let just B on and it helped with most websites still a handful didn't work such as our universities portal to see our work and stuff Facebook as well etc.

I've factory restored it a couple times

I'ii check the IP addresses and see just so I'm sure just CMD ipconfig and it's in there isn't it ?

Sounds like one or both computers have the same static IP assigned.
