Who are we?

Dragonus is a motivated, experienced, and progression orientated 25 man heroic guild lead by a previous top 10 world GM with merits from Adept and Nightmare Asylum. Converting in Mid-January in preparation for WOD, Dragonus has been able to complete difficult progression at a speedy rate with a nine hour raid schedule.

- Paragons progression: 20 pulls, still in progress.
- Siegecrafter progression: 83 pulls for kill, 7 for repeat.
- Thok progression: 19 pulls for kill, 3 for repeat.
- Spoils progression: 16 pulls for kill, 2 for repeat.
- Went in and pulled each proceeding boss resulting in a kill within 3 pulls post convert.

Recruiting?

We are recruiting to finish out the tier, as well as, looking towards the future for pushing strong kills during WOD. For both of these purposes, we are currently considering strongly:

- Druid (Feral): High
- Mage (Arcane): High
- Mage (Fire): High
- Paladin (Holy): Medium
- Paladin (Prot): Medium
- Rogue: Medium
- Shaman (Ele): High
- Warrior (Fury): High

If your class is not listed, and you feel like you have the ability to compete at a high level, I encourage you to apply as well!

Raid Times?

Mondays (ONLY IF NECESSARY): 8pm-11pm
- Have only used this once this tier, due to blizzard servers being faulty on Tuesday.

Tuesday: 8pm-11pm CST
Wednesday: 8pm-11pm CST
Thursday: 8pm-11pm CST

What can you expect from us?

- A fair trial period of 2-3 weeks that involves in-depth analysis of your trial with frequent feedback meetings
- An attempt to further your knowledge of your class, if need be.
- Laid back stress-free environment that fosters friendships outside of raid times.
- A raid leader that is knowledgeable, fair, and down to earth during raids. We like to have fun, and so does he.
- No demeaning or being yelled at during raids, but rather constructive criticism and ways to help.

What we expect from you?

- In order to receive loot post trial, we require a server transfer.
- Knowledge of your class past the surface deep information. Using generic “5.4 for xxxx guide” information is good, but there are many more elements of theory craft that we encourage and expect you to be a part of.
- Attendance of 95%+ during trial period.
- Willingness to be sat if necessary for raid comp.
- The ability to have fun and joke around, we want an easy going raid and guild environment.

Loot?

Dragonus has implemented a loot council that is comprised of officers that come from healing, tanking, melee dps, and rdps background to provide as many different perspectives when loot is highly contested. However, the primary consideration of loot is progression. But lets be honest, 25 man drops loot like water flows in a river. We just ask for some patience and tolerance for the loot council.
