[A] The Mystics 11/14hc 10man lf. (cross realm?) Tank!

One of our tanks burned out, so we are in need of a geared and experienced tank for a steady raid spot (pref. not a paladin). But if an awesome paladin comes along we cam make that work.
We dont have a set item level requirement, but we expect atleast an avg. item level of 560 and some heroic kills

We are ready to accept a cross-realm toon for the rest of MoP.

Raid times are Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday 20-23 server time.

Current progress is 11/14hc


About us:

The Mystics is a 3 night a week raiding guild on Saurfang EU.
The guild was formed in the summer of 2009 as a leveling guild, and slowly turned into a raiding guild around the release of Icecrown Citadel.
At the launch of Cataclysm we decided to scale down to 10man raiding, primarily due to our servers declining population.
Our plan is to finishing the current tier on 10 man difficulty before expanding to a larger raid format.
Preparations for a 20 man team will start as soon as Blizzard gets around to connecting us to other servers.

Being a semi-hardcore guild we don't have high demands in terms of attendance. All we ask is reliabilty and that people can attend atleast 2 out of 3 raiding nights on average. For players who fill a tank or healer spot we do however expect around 90%.

The members of our guild are all adults, so apart from the above we demand potential new members to be atleast 18 years old and pref. 20+. This is something we feel strongly about, and is not subject to change.
