wrath is when i was doing normal raiding. we did half of ulduar, half of ICC(well i only did half), the one raid with no trash, VoA. i think thats it.

ICC was the one raid i did that was actually current. spent most of wrath trying to figure out a main. ended just choosing a DK since it was easier(too gear up) than my hunter at the time.
did heal in ICC though with my shaman.

From Kara right through until ICC, raided only about 30% of T11, 60% or so of T12 and T13. None of T14 or 15 (aside from lfr, so not counting) and Currently raiding normal mode SoO.

Spent a lot of time fooling around with alts, by the time I started trying to get into current raids it was ICC. I played with friends for a while, we had a lot of fun but were in that awkward phase halfway between friends playing whenever we felt like it and a serious raid group. Was difficult. In the end we broke up after killing Nef and heroic Halfus.

By then FL was around the corner and since most of my friends had quit I figured fuck it, I'll join a HM raiding guild. Raided current content, HM progression from FL to DS and burned out early in MoP. Contributing factors were the amount of time serious raiding absorbs, the rigid schedule, IRL stuff getting neglected and the enormous amount of content in MoP I wanted to try but had no time for due to raiding. Went casual and avoided the temptation to raid since (just did some LFR and Flexi for fun when I had time).

So I guess ICC-DS was my active period. Only FL and DS were serious HM progression though.

Only stuff i missed were the first raids of Wotlk.

Most horrible boss: Mu'ru before 3.0 nerf. (KJ was not that hard eventualy)

Since vanilla, started with (if we consider this as a raid) UBRS, MC, BWL, AQ (except c'thun), Naxx Spiderwing... then BC, every raid up to SWP 4/6 Bosses before patch 3.x hitted the live servers.... after that, like everyone else, every raid. ^^
