Oops - Abandoned monk quest

So Im leveling a new monk toon and I got the new class quest at 30 but while clearing out some old quests I accidentally abandoned it. Any idea how to get it back? Do I just go to the peak or...?

There are still trainers, just far less need to visit them often.
