I got it during one of our "Occupy Ironforge" events. Probably 15-20 casts. Prior to that, probably 500ish and no results.

A female draenei kept coming back to fish with me, I also got killed a few times.

Old Ironjaw can be a real crappy achievement depending on your server.

I enjoyed getting it though. It takes cunning and involves a bit of risk knowing death is around every corner and that that cast might be your last! haha

There is an AddOn called Rarity which tracks everything you do for anything... you can add your own "to track" items and so on.. i did 247 casts for the OG one
