576 WW Monk 11/14H LF Morning/Daytime Heroic Prorgression

Currently looking for a potential morning/daytime guild to finish tier and push progression in the expansion. Have experience doing all the assembly belts on Blackfuse and familiar with Heroic Klaxxi and Garrosh mechanics and strats.

I pride myself on perfect attendance and continual self improvement. I stream in high definition and have 0 connection or lag issues. Potential guilds must be on Spoils or farther with no unstable raid attendance. Any raid times ending up to 3pm EST are great for me, as I work some 2nd shifts but mostly 3rd shift ER.

We are Exiled From Hell a horde heroic raiding progression daytime / morning guild on Runetotem server (pve). We raid 10am - 2pm CST Wed - Fri and Mondays. We run a 25 man raid that is the number one destination for daytime heroic raiding and hold the best progression in our time slot hands down. Our raiders are expected to know the fights, perform at their peak and attend our four day a week schedule as much as possible to maintain a spot. We gauge players heavily on performance and attendance. As a reward for this all of our raiders get free repairs, enchants, gems and flasks upon reaching raider status after a trial period.

Many of our raiders work in the restaurant industry, which is where our name comes from. Many and more of our raiders have been raiding since Vanilla WoW and have a wealth of experience, including top 25 world bleeding-edge progression, to apply towards current content. Many of our people raid with two guilds, Eighty Six in the morning and another guild at night. Most of all though, we have a lot of fun. We actually LIKE each other and that reflects in our play style. We are adult men and women here to have fun with our favorite hobby.

Tanaris is Alliance dominant. We hold the #2 spot in Heroic Progression for 25 man raids. Tanaris is not connected to any other realm. Yet.

We are a 25man team that's been raiding since Vanilla, and are looking for exceptional players as we continue our journey through the Mists. Our current 25man progression is 12/14 Heroic SoO, and our goal is to make significant hard-mode progression in each tier before the next tier is released. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We at <Check Please> are only looking for long-term members, we do not want players that will quit as soon as the current tier of content comes to an end. We are not going anywhere, and want members that will be part of our raiding core that will still be with us throughout the duration of Pandaria and beyond. Everyone that joins will be an active raider, you will be given a chance to make yourself stand out and earn your raid spot. Understand that during progression we will do whatever is necessary to make the encounter we're learning as easy as possible, and if you cannot handle being sat out for a fight this is not the place for you. Please know we are very fair with how we handle sitting out certain classes, and everyone will see the most equal amount of raid time possible.
