Any ideas or mentions as to whether or not the BOA weapons off Garrosh will retain their damage/stat increase based on the difficulty of the kill or if they will all carry the same weight once you hit 91?

BOA Weapon Damage Normalized After 90?

Normalized at lv100. Though as you level up the difference in item level will become more and more meaningless.
