PVP - Mastery/run speed or haste boot enchant for shadow

Heh all,

I've seen a number of high rated Shad priests run with the haste enchant for boots, but then obviously don't have the run speed increase that comes with the mastery enchant, do they cover this with feathers or are they running with Inner Will instead of Inner Fire?

Feathers.

Each time you move you'll use feathers so that makes Pandaren's Step basically useless. Besides haste on boots can make it easier for you to hit the +3 DP haste breakpoint with Prideful gear.
