How would you react?
The humans created that way would be sexless. However if they changed the parther, their body would change to the need.
So with a male --) into female and female into male.

In other words. The sexless human would grow a bodyparts needed for a production of a offspring and once this is done, they would turn back to normal.

Or, that's human classification playing it wrong. We like to clearly define things, it's how we work, but if you look at gender not just in humans but in many species it is more of a spectrum than a binary option.
