I guess you have a lot of friends who pass on raid mounts and help around getting bloody coins, wins and other stuff. Else this wouldn't be possible by 1 person.
Also a lot of achievements were easier when some were released due to bugs or abuse: "Cloud 9" comes to mind, 2700 rating in 3s is impossible now too, and 5000 PvP Pet Battles is just over the top.
Personally I'm working on 4 accounts now getting 90 toons to roll coins on Pandaria World bosses, to get more chance on those mounts.

Nothing to see.
Edit: Some proof to investigate this, He has gotten all the achievements for clearing the TBC content, but he hasn't killed Archimonde yet according to his raid progress.Chronomancer Club
