Another fine specimen that should be removed from the gene pool.
I guess in a perfect world, where judges were robots that judged only on the evidence given at hand, he would probably be okay (if there wasn't sufficient evidence against him).
But I can understand why he'd get that removed, it kinda sends the wrong message. Or wear a turtleneck
I would just let him wear a turtle neck for his trial.
Simple solution.
Comments I have been reading about this situation all day really seemed to have smoked out the judgemental gits.. wowzers ( not here but in the reported pages)
"If you want to control people, if you want to feed them a pack of lies and dominate them, keep them ignorant. For me, literacy means freedom." - LaVar Burton.
And that is EXACTLY why it should be removed. It in no way has bearing on the facts of what he is accused of. Do you know what "Right to a fair trial" means?

There is a motion to strike all mention of it from the trial.
READ and be less Ignorant.
does not mean he killed someone. ^_^
I have known a few people who by the looks of their tatts you would think they were anti gay, nazis, but are great power bottoms... ANd knowing people like that exist in the world, how can I have a visual bias just because someone has some dumb shit on their neck?
He should be protected from the Juries confirmation bias.

Means different things depending on which group he is going by it varies a lot. Usually has something to do with being sent to prison. That and you have the whole filled or empty thing as well. Usually they indicate they know someone who was killed or they got sent to prison for murder. I saw a few when I was a corrections officer each guy told me something different that is why it's hard to say exactly.
Get a felt tipped pen and change it to Mordor, then go into court with fake elf ears.
Nobody would put an obsessive Tolkien fan in prison, as they'd never survive, so he'll get let off with community service or some trivial crap like that.
This legal malarkey is easy. I really should have become a lawyer.
Just throw a doctor who scarf on him!

removed? sure, if he pays for it. Else he should only get a broad scarf
No.
It's a relevant reflection of his psychological state.
