It would also be disgusting, a person who has murdered someone, and is running away, shouldn't be shot to death, there are tazers, rubber bullets, and the like.

this will just continue to happen because cops are the shock troops of the mad men at the top, there is no way around The Posse Comitatus Act for the controllers to let troops shoot and kill everyone as they see fit. So they have taken the armed corrupt cops and given them immunity to every law in the books to keep this going and it's just going to getting worse.
