    arma 3 fps issues,

    on some servers ive tried i get good fps but on most i am around 25-30 even though i have a i7 4770k and a GTX 760, can anyone help me out here :P?, is it just bad optimized?

    1920X1080 and changing resolution doesnt seem to do much, and i have high on most with shadows off or something.. as i have a really good computer i should be able to run it on highest..

    on some servers i get like 60 no problem but when i go play altis life its very low and some with worse specs have more fps, with this setup i should be able to play highest No problemo tbh.
