Latest news:
After suffering a guild breakdown on Garrosh HC progression due to the general lack of interest after the announcement that end-game raiding would be exclusively in a 20-man format in Warlords of Draenor, Solaris stopped existing as a functional raiding guild.

After losing most of our long-time members to active guilds or quitting the game entirely we've teamed up with some veteran raiders from Ragnaros to form up a more casual guild intending to raid 25 man in a relaxed atmosphere as a warm-up for Warlords of Draenor.

About us:
Solaris is a semi-hardcore raiding guild on Ragnaros-EU created at the end of Wrath of the Lich King, we aim to raid 3 days per week intending to clear all HC bosses while they are current.

Vital Information:
We raid three days a week: Thursday, Sunday and Monday.

Raids start at 19.30 and we're usually aiming to be done for the night around 23.30, but no later than 00.00.
We expect raiders to attend all raids. Missing a raid because of exams or a family dinner is okay as long as you stay over 90% attendance and we are informed well ahead of time.
Repairs are free for raiders, feasts or noodle carts are put down every raid, and the guild bank sells flasks and potions at a significant discount.

Requirements:
Geared enough for jumping right into heroic progress.
Good raiding spirit; some fights will take a while to overcome.
A sense of humor, you will not last if you can't take a joke.
Able to see your own mistakes and correct them and be able to take criticism.
High, reliable attendance.
