What weapons do you think my frost mage should use?

Hey guys,

I've got a 577 frost mage (http://us.battle.net/wow/en/characte...thias/advanced), I had been using heroic Gaze of Arrogance for the longest of times, but this week I finally got the heroic WF nazgrim sword. The best OH I have is the normal heirloom OH, but Im rolling on Jugg each week for an upgrade. I've done the stats and it would appear that I lose 80 int, 1k mastery and 2 item levels from switching from the Gaze but I gain around 600 haste.

So my question is, which do you think is better for me?

Upgrade the sword, the spellpower from the 588 ilvl will far outweigh any lost stats from the offhand.

1573 mastery + blue socket vs 226 Intellect + 146 Crit + 1382 Haste + 776 Spell Power + red socket.

I'd say the weapon + off-hand wins
