God darn my plan of convincing everyone that haste breakpoints don't exist so everyone else will be suboptimal so I can rank is foiled. ​but not really

I actually though the graph was a joke? :S Lol, my bad. Just seems fishy that there are 8k DPS jumps back and forth when the DPS increase from a haste breakpoint is closer to 1.3k or something.

I've done some "new" testing and all I've found is

1) Potential orc breakpoint
2) A breakpoint @ 16.9k (ish, will narrow the number down to absolute soon) for Trolls (even with Herbalism), this is what I'm going for that seems to confuse everyone.

Start with Reforge plots, see where the increases are, set up gearsets to do around them, change gem haste values to add 50-100-200 (or drop) until I lose a Stampede "tick", then narrow it down until I get an absolute value that gives an extra attack, rinse repeat for troll/orc/troll herb.

My sims suggest that even with varying (but realistic) fight lengths with different talent setups and target amounts, the 16.9k hcap still wins over full haste. Can't speak for others though.
