Having read the article, hell no I wouldn't date a girl like that. It might be understandable if she were 19 years old, but I also wouldn't date a 19 year old.

No, I would not date the theoretical man described in the ad, I am attracted to confidence, goal-oriented decision making, muscles, independence...essentially everything that person is not. So I guess I fell for the "social experiment" :P

Some of those traits listed are extremely undesirable to me, others not so much, and some are just neutral for me.

I've never heard a man say they won't date a woman because she, "Can't hold down a job." or similar socio-economic-related things.

It's really not that simple, at least for myself, i prefer to get to know people in detail before making any form of decision; And i'd pick up on them being a leech well before dating them, that'd be a deal breaker for me.

Someone who's been out of the job for a month or so, yeah fair play to them i won't judge them for that.
