I need a good budget card for my friends older system.

I got my friend hooked on wow but he is getting fps issues in LFR with his current video card. He gets around 20-30fps in raids at lowest settings. I need to find one that will allow him to play WoW including WoD when its released and also any new games at decent graphics with without stuttering. He says he can spend $150 at most.
    Here is his current setup:
    Pentium Core i3 520 @ 2.93GHz
    6GB Ram
    AMD Radeon HD 6670
    600 Watt Power Supply

While his gpu is old, it is most likely his cpu is giving him as much trouble fps wise in raids. That automatically means mobo+cpu+gpu.
If you looking to spend around 150bucks for a gpu your best bet is a Xfx R9 270.

Can he get something for $200 that he can use now and put it in his new system later?

Is this a good one to get?

The 2nd one is for 150bucks. The one i linked you is 155 and is miles ahead in performance. The first one you linked is even better than both but its also 50bucks more.
