[A] <Legion V> Ravencrest 25-man heroic 11/14 recruitment

Greetings all,

Legion V is recruiting. The guild has been around for nearly 7 years and we're a mature community with a casual, light and social atmosphere, but serious raids. We have a desire to complete Heroic Siege of Orgrimmar and plan to continue raiding very actively in the future.

We are looking for skilled and experienced raiders to complement our roster. While age is anything but a definitive sign of maturity, we still do not accept people who are younger than 18. Most of our core raiding team are in their mid 20s or early 30s and are students or have jobs or families. This doesn't mean we're stuck up of course, just that we often have lighthearted and mature conversations which might be inappropriate for underage people.

After some rough seas and stormy skies in the beginning of 2014, we have a really good core raiding group at the moment, but we are always looking for more people to complement it. If you think you are the one who can help us (and yourself) finish our ride through Siege of Orgrimmar, check out the following information:

Raiding Schedule
Wednesday 20:00 - 23:30
Thursday 20:00 - 23:30
Sunday 19:30 - 23:00
- the invites start 30 minutes before raid time

Loot System
We use the EP/GP system and relevant addons which offers the opportunity for all raiders to steadily acquire upgrades. Standby EP is awarded in 100% of the amount.

Guild leadership
There is no single person with unlimited power in the guild. We have a decent democratic process in which 5 Senators decide major guild stuff through discussions and ultimately majority votes. The Prefects (non-Senator class and role leaders and other appointed officers) are included in recruitment decisions, all officer meetings and most internal discussions on guild and raid policies.

What are we currently looking for?
1. High priority:
- 1 Balance Druid
- 1 Fury Warrior

2. Medium Priority:
- 1 Elemental Shaman
- 1 Enhancement Shaman
- 1 Retribution Paladin

We are always recruiting well-geared and experienced players with a desire for progress and sense of guild loyalty.
