If my Tiger's Fury is about to come off CD, is it better to let my Rip fall off and wait 2-3 seconds for TF to be ready, or to apply Rip ASAP, regardless of TF? It's been a really long time since I've played Feral and as I've been trying the rotation on Target Dummies I keep finding my Rip tends to fall off around the time TF is about to come back off CD, but sometimes there is a few seconds difference between the two. I'd like to be able to maximize my DPS. Any answers to this would greatly help.
In this situation if it's only a few seconds, just wait for TF to be ready and then apply #RIP
You will also gain some extra energy in that time, which isn't much but hey presto.
