max voltage?

I'm using GPUteak and monitor, and mv it always stays around 850, and it rises when I play games. Is this affected by PSU at all? Since my Psu is 750w?

Your GPU has it's own voltage regulator circuitry and the PSU is always supplying 12v. It jumps around because the GPU tries to use less power when it is not in use or running a 2d desktop. The PSU wattage will not change what your GPU is doing but it will affect what GPUs you can support and how many of them you can run.
