I found another new NPC doing things in SW, looks like they are making the world feel a bit more real by adding npcs doing something more then just standing around :P

Oh! Neat! This is like the little outdoor mage class someone posted about. I hope they add more things like this to the other cities! Makes it feel far more alive. <3
