why not do it - if you have an authenticator he can't do anything with just your email anyways

No one on these boards can tell you if it's serious or not. You need to reply to Zarhym to find that out. The only other possible point to this thread would be to brag you're getting access which isn't necessary. There are pre-existing threads in the WoD forum for users to state if they've received alpha or not.
